About Internet Courses

Online Courses

Many of these courses are transferable to a 4 year University. You will want to check the schedule as the online class transferability is the same as classroom courses.

Most Online Courses provide students the opportunity to complete most of their course work outside of the classroom on their own time. However, many Online Courses meet on campus at GWC for one or more exams. For online students unable to attend on campus, proctored (monitored) exams must be arranged in advance with the instructor.

Online MIX courses (Classroom and Internet)

Online MIX courses reduce classroom/on campus time with Internet based instruction. MIX courses do have set day and times for meeting on campus.

Course Materials and Textbook

The textbook can be purchased in the GWC Bookstore or purchased online at http://www.gwc.bkstr.com and the textbook will be mailed to them. The textbook should be purchased before the first day of class. If the textbook is to be mailed to you, please allow time for shipping.
