Content Manager

To access the Content Manager, log into Blackboard through www.onlinegwc.org. When a certificate or security warning pops up requesting your permission, be sure to click either "Run" or "Trust" on your computer. This will allow Java to connect your computer with Blackboard, so you may upload files. Next, click the "Content Manager" tab.

To upload a file to our server, from your computer, disc, or flash drive, click the "Get Files" button. When a new window pops up, look for the "My Computer" icon on the left hand side. If you do not see that icon, it is likely that you did not click "Run" or "Trust" on the security pop-up, when you first logged in through this browser, or it is possible that you do not have Java installed on your computer. If you do see the "My Computer" icon, click it. Locate the file on your computer, select it, and click "Open." You will see a notice at the top, letting you know that the content has been copied to "My Files", which means it's stored on our server.

To download a file to your computer, from our server, click the action menu (that's the gray icon to the right of the hyperlinked title) and select "Download." The file will most likely be download to your Desktop or your "My Downloads" folder.
